Application
This dot line sewing quilting machine utilizes ultrasound technology to complete no-needle, no-thread operations. It can carry out bonding for laminations of chemical fiber fabrics, non-woven fabrics, gush glue cotton, and artificial leather.

• The quilted fabrics are smooth and neat, no burning, no color change.
• The equipment structure is stable and solid, with high stability during high speed operation, effectively improving the durability as well as the service life.
• The quilting speed is controlled by converter motor and can be adjusted at random. The quilting spacing of dotted lines can be arbitrarily adjusted, with a minimum of 10 cm.
• On both sides of the discharging material are equipped with ultrasonic side cutting device to cut off excess fabric on both sides.
• The rewinding device can be configured with twin-roller or air shaft.
